Soju is a delicious spirit from Korea that uses traditional distillation methods to make fruit-based wine from fermented apples and pears, and frankly, we are loving it. It drinks clean and smooth with bold, bright , and fruity notes depending on the flavor. It is similar to wine in ABV, usually sitting around 12% - 16% or so. Typically, soju is enjoyed straight, well chilled, and shared around a table or group in small glasses. It is also very sippable and can even be mixed into some specialty cocktails!!
