We’re rolling with the times and tapping up some incredible IPAs to help get y’all through Dry (hop) January. Dry hopping is a technique used by brewers in which hops are added during fermentation, as opposed to during the boiling process. This “dry” addition of hops helps bring out intense flavors and aromas, without adding too much bitterness. We’ll have five or so new IPAs on that showcase this method exquisitely, so swing on by and grab a pour of something fresh and hoppy while they last.
