At Carolina Beer Temple and the Ames St. Marketplace we’re still in the process of adding a full kitchen so we can offer a fantastic menu of meals that will pair delightfully with our craft beer and Belgian ale menu. In the meantime, we’re striving to bring you great cuisine via some of the best local food trucks in the area!

VJ was born and raised in Bacolod, Philippines, home of the famous Chicken Inasal - a grilled chicken marinated in vinegar, calamansi, and loads of other secret spices.
